River Shuttles by Redtail Aviation

Desolation Canyon - Air shuttles provided to the Sand Wash Airstrip at the head of Desolation Canyon. These shuttles provide a fantastic way to get to the river saving hours of driving or shuttling cars. From Green River (25 Minutes) or Moab (35 Minutes) we fly up the river for the best view of the trip you are about to make. Shuttles can also be provided from other locations such as Salt Lake or Grand Junction. (2 person min. Departs at 7:00 am)

Cataract Canyon - After a wonderful river trip down Cataract Canyon, do you really want to drive or sit on a bus for hours to get back to Moab, Grand Junction, Salt Lake City, or Las Vegas? We can pick you up at the airstrip at the Hite takeout and give you a 30 minute scenic flight over the river you just came down to deliver you back to Moab. It is truly an amazing experience to look at this river from a new angle after having been on the water for a few days. We can also take you from Hite directly to other destinations. (2 person min.)

Mineral Canyon - From Canyonlands Field, Green River Airport and Salt Lake International.We have many run the Green/Cat with just one car shuttle! Rig at Mineral boat ramp and drive to Hite airstrip. You get picked up in the morning, at Hite and enjoy the scenic flight up the river and over the Maze district. We land at Mineral Canyon Airstrip, within easy walking distance of your boat. (2 person min. Morning flights only.)

Rates are based upon a two passenger minimum. Baggage is limited to 25 lbs. per person and soft luggage is recommended. When scheduling please include the passengers weights.
